3.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order. In the event a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

3.3 Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors
• Additional taxes and shipping charges may apply

3.4 Services

Eyezaar provides the following services across Pakistan:

• Free Eye Appointments: Professional eye check-ups and consultations available across Pakistan at no cost
• Online Repair Service: Frame and glasses repair services (currently available in Karachi)
• Customer Support: Professional guidance and assistance with product selection

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfers
• Mobile payment systems
• Cash on delivery (where available)

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels
• Payment must be received before order fulfillment (except for COD orders)

6. Returns & Refunds

• Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless defective)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Contact lenses (for hygiene reasons)

• Items that show signs of use or damage
• Items purchased during final sale events

All Eyezaar brand products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering:
